Full restoration of a 1920s Spanish home nestled in Laurel Canyon, blending original architectural elements with modern design and construction. The project preserved key historic features including the decorative fireplace and exposed wood beam ceilings, while upgrading the entire home with premium materials. Custom chevron wood flooring was installed throughout, complemented by Italian Arabescato stone in the upstairs bathroom. Large glass windows and French doors were strategically placed to maximize natural light and frame views of the mature tree canopy. The outdoor renovation included a new stone staircase, expanded deck, and patio spaces designed to capture canyon vistas.
