Comprehensive restoration and modernization of a circa 1926 Spanish Hacienda in Elysian Valley. This project preserved the home's historic character while enhancing it for contemporary living. The scope included a complete renovation of the 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house plus construction of a new 1-bedroom, 1-bath ADU. Premium materials throughout include European White Oak flooring, custom wood-framed doors, and Taj Mahal Quartzite countertops paired with white oak cabinetry. The primary suite features a custom ensuite bath with lime washed walls and high-end fixtures. A rooftop deck was added to maximize outdoor living space, while the ADU provides independent access to a private backyard area.
